I Don't Understand You

So there's this guy, we'll call him Walter, he demands perfection at any price. I work very hard for him to deliver perfection but I just don't understand him. Personally, if something isn't working on my computer I live with it or fix it, but Walter will work for ages to fix it even if it's something that works just fine. There's an update for some software that he's paid for and for whatever reason it isn't installing, so he spent four hours on the phone with them and they did tell him that there's no new functionality but he still wants it to work.

I really don't get it. I don't have the energy to deal with something like that, especially on the phone, for that long. I couldn't care, especially if the update doesn't actually do anything for me.
